Rick Sebak's Latest Program 'My Interview With Fred' Debuts Thursday
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The next installment WQED producer Rick Sebak’s “Nebby” series re-visits an interview that has been used for a national program and a Hollywood documentary about our favorite neighbor Fred Rogers.
It was filmed at Rogers’ studio apartment in the Cathedral Mansions Apartments on Ellsworth Avenue near WQED Studios on October 19, 1987 at 2 p.m.
The apartment is where he wrote scripts and composed songs.
Sebak tells Larry and John on KDKA Radio that the program features, “a lot of biographical stuff about Fred.”
“My Interview with Fred” airs Thursday at 8 p.m. on WQED.
