Pittsburgh First Responders were called the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident in the South Side Slopes Monday morning.
The accident, involving a van and a cement truck, was reported just after 7:15am, at the intersection of S 18th and Crossman Streets.
Reports indicate one person has died in the accident, and two others were taken to a local hospital.
Police have asked all motorists to avoid the area.
