Another residential project is planned for the North Shore. Bridgeville developer RDC is planning 10-story 160-unit apartment complex, right across the street from PNC Park on West General Robinson Street.
The Post-Gazette reports it'll feature a rooftop swimming pool, sky lounge, a bar and gaming area.
This project will add on to the transformation of the North Shore area of Pittsburgh. Two new parking garages have been installed in the last several years, as well as the row of restaurants and bars to complement the growing area.
RDC President Shawn Fox told the Post-Gazette they cannot wait to dive into the project.
This new apartment building will join Heinz at 950 North Shore and the Bracken House as two newer complexes on the North Shore.
RDC hopes to start construction on the complex by the end of this year.
