According to police, a 13-year-old was shot in Swissvale Friday afternoon.
Allegheny County Police say the unidentified male is in critical condition.
It happened around 2:40 p.m. on the 7500 block of Short Street.
That is where first responders found the 13-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound.
Homicide detective are on the scene.
