Pittsburgh Police is investigating a fatal shooting in the Bedford Dwellings section of the city.
First responders were alerted to a ShotSpotter notice in the 2400 block of Bedford Avenue around 3:30 p.m. They found a 25-year-old male down on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene, after medics worked on the victim.
One person was transported to police headquarters for questions. The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office assisted Pittsburgh Police at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
