On Wednesday, the Allegheny County Health Department said there were 285 new COVID-19 cases reported in the last 24 hours as well as 6 new deaths.
Of the new cases, 185 are confirmed.
The dates of the deaths ranged from February 20 to March 9. Three of the deaths were associated with long-term care facilities. Those who died were in their 60s, 80s and 90s.
Since March of last year, the county has had 80,645 cases of the virus, 5,384 hospitalizations and 1,738 deaths.
