Eight men, including three from Allegheny County are facing charges following a human trafficking sting in Steubenville.
The Ohio Attorney General's Office says 29-year-old Kenneth Anderson, of Coraopolis, 45-year-old John Denk, of Allison Park and 65-year-old Richard Matve, of Coraopolis, were arrested on misdemeanor charges of engaging in prostitution.
Attorney General Dave Yost says his office is committed to going after those who fuel the exploitation of human beings through trafficking.
“We’ve said it many times and will repeat it until the message resonates: Don’t buy sex in Ohio!” Yost said. “We’re committed to going after those who fuel the exploitation of human beings through trafficking.”
A similar sting in July of last year netted ten arrests.
