EMS techs and paramedics were busy during last weekend's Downtown events.
Pittsburgh Public Safety says with the hot weather and record crowds at Picklesburgh, crews were busy.
Friday through Sunday, 33 people were treated for heat exhaustion, falls, panic attacks, seizures, an overdose and intoxication.
16 of them were taken to hospitals for treatment, including a woman who went into labor.
While there were no police incidents at the Picklesburgh event, several people complained about the long lines for food, drinks and other vendors.
