Allegheny County has 412 new COVID-19 cases on Friday according to the county health department.
In addition, there were four new deaths reported.
Of the new cases, 291 are confirmed.
The county said some of the positive test results reported today date as far back as March 23, 2020.
Since March 2020, the county has recorded 76,136 cases of COVID-19, 5,099 hospitalizations and 1,658 deaths.
