Four children and one adult have died following a fire in Jeannette. One of those children is as young as 1-month-old.
Also, one adult and two children were rescued from the fire along Guy Street, they were taken to the hospital.
Eight people were reported to be inside the house when the fire broke out around midnight.
The fire also spread to the house next door but people in that home were able to evacuate without injuries.
Both homes are believed to be a total loss.
Firefighters are still at the scene and working with state police to investigate the cause.
The Red Cross will be assisting anyone who needs help.
