PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) — The Allegheny County Health Department will be hosting a new and free COVID-19 testing site on Monday, April 12, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The walk-up event will not feature drive-thrus like other sites in the past, but it does have the benefit of not requiring an appointment.
The site will be in the North Park Pool parking lot on South Ridge Drive.
Insurance is not needed, either.
But if you have it already, bring your card.
The tests will be administered at no cost.
You can still register, however, which can be done on the Health Department's website.
