
Allegheny County continues to report mostly good news as far as Monkeypox is concerned.
The county is expanding eligibility for the monkeypox vaccine as the number of new monkeypox cases in Allegheny County continues to taper off.

Now men who have sex with other men and who have multiple or anonymous sex partners are eligible.
So are women, transgender, gender non-conforming, and gender non-binary people with multiple or anonymous sex partners.
As well as women who have sex with men who have sex with other men.
Although there was one high profile case from the University of Pittsburgh reported last week overall the number of new cases continues to shrink.
This week the Allegheny County Health Department confirms four cases. That's down from 7 last week.
The total number of confirmed cases in Allegheny County is now 59.
