Another carjacking reported overnight in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Public Safety reports it happened just after 12:40 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The victim was in a vehicle near East Ohio and James Street on the North Side when three juveniles approached him.
One showed a firearm and demanded the vehicle. The three then took off toward Cedar Avenue in the vehicle.
The victim was not injured in the incident.
Later, Westmoreland County 9-1-1 confirmed that an individual, believed to be a juvenile, was arrested in New Kensington around 2 a.m. in relation to the carjacking.
No word on the other two suspects.
It's the latest in an increasing number of carjackings around the area.
