Skies in Pennsylvania could be clouded by wildfire smoke again this summer.

Canada’s wildfire season is underway, and air quality alerts are already in effect in parts of Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

An area of high pressure could draw some of the wildfire smoke into northwestern PA later this week.

AccuWeather tells The Big K Morning Show that, in the Pittsburgh area, wildfire smoke is not expected, at least over the next week.

Canada's wildfire season starts in early spring and continues through the beginning of November, about the same length of Western PA's wildfire season.
