A 26-year-old man is in jail, charged in Saturday night's deadly shooting in West Elizabeth.
Allegheny County Police say Jacob Snider shot two people outside Beer Belly's Bar on Fifth Street.
36-year-old Edward Gibson died at the scene.
The second victim was hospitalized in stable condition.
Police say Snider ran from the scene but was later arrested in Jefferson Hills.
Snider is charged with criminal homicide, attempted homicide and aggravated assault.
He was transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
