An arrest has been made in a violent road rage incident along the Parkway West last month
Police have charged 22-year-old Rashawn Hall with aggravated assault, attempted homicide and conspiracy charges in connection with the incident that happened on the Parkway back in July.
Police say Hall shot a 60-year-old man in the eye with a rifle from a passing car
