An arrest warrant is out for a Pittsburgh Public School teacher that's been accused of sexually assaulting a student at Faison K-5 in Homewood South.
41-year-old James Ziegler allegedly was with a fourth-grade student during lunch detention and forced a student to preform sexual acts.
It's not the only time Ziegler is guilty of the offense either, he supposedly did this several times in the last year.
Ziegler had just been promoted to the school's assistant principal at the beginning of December, a few weeks before the child came forward for a criminal complaint.
He has accumulated numerous charges with unlawful contact with a minor, sexual assault, institutional sexual assault, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors.
Ziegler has been on administrative leave since December 21st.
