The owner of a Westmoreland County business was shot and killed this morning.
David Magill was gunned down around 9 a.m. outside Mogie's Irish Pub in Lower Burrell.
A Tribune-Review report says Magill was pronounced dead at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Harrison.
The alleged shooter is in police custody.
The Burrell School District locked down all buildings for 30 minutes after police confirmed the gunman was in custody.
The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s office says multiple agencies, including the Westmoreland County Detective Bureau and Lower Burrell Police are investigating.
