Nonprofit Baby2Baby donated over 2500 cans of formula to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank Thursday, amid a shortage still forcing some parents to look far and wide for even a week's supply.

The food bank's Ronnell Hunt says this donation came at an important time.

“Our whole goal is to try to have as many resources as we can, right during the nick of time when families need them.
By no shape of the imagination are we taking this lightly. This is very crucial to us.”

He says the best way to get some formula for yourself is to contact your local food pantry that partners with the food bank.
