Blackhawk Superintendent Dr. Robert Postupac has been suspended.
The school board also voted Thursday to move ahead with a process that could result in termination.
A state ethics report found Postupac and Moon school board member Mark Scappe conspired to hire each other's children. They used their positions within the school system to find their children jobs within the district
Dr. William Pettigrew is now Blackhawk's acting superintendent.
