The body of a man was found just after noon in Uptown Tuesday.
Pittsburgh police say the male is believed to be in his 50's was found shortly in a wooded area behind a bus stop by Fifth Avenue and Kirkpatrick Street.
Detectives say there were no obvious signs of trauma or how long the body may have been there before it was discovered.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office will release the cause and manner of death.
Violent Crime Unit Detectives are investigating.
