A building for sale, under two hours away from Pittsburgh, is up for auction… with the current high bid at $13.
The two/three-story office building is up for bid in Edensburg, Cambria County through Municibid through April 6.
Municibid says “The exterior of the building consists of an asphalt shingle roof, aluminum gutters and down spouts, a brick exterior, and some foundation walls. The foundation consists of three small basement areas, some crawl space areas, and concrete slab. The middle section of the building is three stories, and the two ends are two stories with third story storage areas. The first floor consists of numerous offices, conference rooms, two sets of men’s/women’s rooms, a kitchen with a large recreation room and a foyer.
The property is on a long and narrow 1.61-acre of land on the south side of Manor drive and is less than two miles away from downtown Ebensburg.
Another office building is also up for auction in Ebensburg, but that one is currently going for a little more. Currently at $110,000.
