A former employee is suing Rivers Casino contending she was fired after reporting multiple incidents of sexual harassment.
The suit says the unnamed woman dealt mainly with high rollers and VIPs and it lists five incidents of sexual harassment by customers in a span of six months.
Rivers fired her for insubordination but the suit contends her termination was actually retaliation.
She is seeking damages and her job back.
Jack Horner, spokesperson for Rivers Casino release the following statement: "We cannot comment on pending litigation."
