After an investigation of a fatal accident on the Cheat Lake Bridge in Monongalia County, West Virginia January 19, charges have been filed against the driver of the tractor trailer involved in the crash.
A missing person's report was filed that same day for 59-year-old Kevin Lataille, of Fayette County, who was driving home from work.
His body was later found in his submerged vehicle on January 26.
Sukhjinder Sing admitted to losing control of his truck while driving through severe weather.
The investigation and video have allegedly confirmed Sing's truck struck Lataille's vehicle before it plunged into the lake.
A warrant has been issued for Sing's arrest for negligent homicide.
More charges may be pending.
