The Allegheny County Health Department says inspectors found a roof leak above an area where food is stored and where dishes are cleaned.
They also found a “lack of proper sanitization of food contact surfaces.”
The alert was first posted on February 10 and as of Wednesday has still been resolved.
A food truck operating out of Beaver County has also been forced to close by the ACHD.
Steve and Benny’s Chicken Shack Mobile Unit was found operating without a valid health permit, no water supply and lack of a thermometer to check food temperatures.
That closure was issued on February 8.
