PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) The Washington County District Attorney says his office is seeking the death penalty against a man charged with killing his infant son.
Jordan Clark told police he tripped while holding his son, falling on top of him, leading to the baby's death.
Investigators say the boy's injuries were inconsistent with that explanation.
D.A. Jason Walsh filed a notice of aggravating circumstances in the baby's death, and will seek the death penalty against Clark if he is convicted.
