Pittsburgh Public Safety says a deer was recently rescued from a local reservoir.
On Tuesday, the department says a deer was rescued from the Highland Park reservoir last Thursday.
Pittsburgh Animal Car and Control Officers were notified of a doe stuck on a tarp in the middle of the reservoir.
After several attempts, officers were able to “guide” the deer to safety.
