Chris Deluzio and Summer Lee have won their District General races respectively.
Deluzio has won District 17 and Lee has taken District 12, with both candidates representing the Democratic party.
Republican Jeremy Shaffer reportedly called his opponent in Deluzio to concede before the balloting tally had finished.
Pennsylvania's 17th Congressional District, which was formerly held by democrat Conor Lamb, includes part of Allegheny County and all of Beaver County.
Deluzio grew up a native of Allegheny County and now lives in Aspinwall with his family. He also formerly served as a Navy officer in the Iraq war and is the policy director for University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security.
Summer Lee takes Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District, beating out her republican opponent in Mike Doyle.
Lee will now represent the city of Pittsburgh as well as parts Allegheny County and Westmoreland County.
It's a big accomplishment for the Mon Valley native, who is becoming Pennsylvania's first Black Woman representative in Congress. She is second-term state House member, lawyer and former labor organizer.
Lee replaces longtime representative, Democrat Mike Doyle (not related to current republican candidate), who was first elected in 1994.
