The Rite Aid pharmacy on the 100 block of Forbes Avenue was held up last night.
Police were alerted to the armed robbery around 8:30 p.m.
A man dressed in black and wearing a ski mask threatened store workers with a knife and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Detectives are reviewing video to identify a suspect.
