A famous and popular judge known for this television show and viral videos online has revealed he has pancreatic cancer.
Road Island traffic judge Frank Caprio shared an emotional video to Facebook past week, announcing his diagnosis.
Caprio, who turned 87 last month, says he got an exam around his birthday after he said he wasn’t feeling well.
The screening revealed the diagnosis.
In the video, Caprio asks that people pray in whatever way they feel appropriates.
“I would ask each of your in your own way to please pray for me,” said Caprio. “I am need of the power of prayer, which I believe in addition to the medical treatment that I am receiving is the mot powerful weapon to help me survive this.”
Caprio’s show “Caught in Providence” airs all over the country.
Known as the “nicest judge in America”, Caprio’s videos have generated millions of views as people witness his compassion and caring.
