Karen Adams was last seen just across the Pennsylvania border in West Virginia at the Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort in the early morning hours of March 12, 2007.

She reportedly left a bingo area around 11 p.m. on March 11 and possibly headed to the gaming area to play slot machines. She was last seen on surveillance video around 3 a.m., leaving the gaming complex.

She has not been seen since.

The FBI says Adams worked as an elementary school teacher’s aide and also at a department store as a cashier.

Adams lived in Independence Township, Beaver County, right near the West Virginia border.

Adams is described as a white female having brown hair and green eyes. She is 5-foot-4, 120 pounds.
