Police are investigating after a road construction flagger was hit by a vehicle on Saw Mill Run Boulevard.

It happened just before 9:30 Wednesday night at the intersection with Library Road.
Officers say the female flagger was conscience and alert but was complaining of knee pain.
The person who hit the woman fled the scene.
Police continue to investigate.
