Pennsylvania U.S. Senators, Republican Dave McCormick and Democrat John Fetterman will unite in Pittsburgh for an event on youth mentorship this weekend.

The two are hosting a conversation with their wives on Saturday where the McCormick’s will discuss their new book about mentorship.

While McCormick and Fetterman have pledged to work together where they can find common ground, Fetterman has received backlash from some Democrats for his openness to working with President Trump and Republicans on certain issues.

One prominent Pennsylvania Democrat, Matt Roan, called on Fetterman to resign in a recent op-ed, and former Congressman Conor Lamb of Mt. Lebanon, who lost to Fetterman in the 2022 US Senate primary has also been critical.

The location of the event has not been disclosed.
