A family of ducklings has a local fire department to thank after they got stuck in a storm drain on Sunday.
The South Strabane Fire Department says on Facebook they rescued the ducklings after they “tumbled” into the storm drain.
The firefighters were assisted by South Strabane Police and UPMC medics.
As the fire department put it, “some days it’s a landslide, other days it’s a structure fire” but on Sunday, it was a family of ducks that needed saving.
