That high-risk violation is the food being produced and served by the truck is from a residential home. That is a repeat violation.

Other low-risk violations include accumulated grease in back of trailer, three-bowl sink blocked by drinks and other times. And the truck is operating without a valid health permit.

“Operators have not paid yearly permit fees,” the inspection reads, adding there are unpaid civil penalties goes back to 2025.

The Health Department says that the operator has to have a permitted commissary use permit to operate and “if trailer is found operating 10 days after this inspection and still does not have permitted commissary use permit, trailer will be ordered closed.”

Any updates will be posted on the Health Department's website.
