City of Pittsburgh employees are getting free facemasks courtesy of Ford.
The auto maker is donating 492,480 facemasks to the city to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. The masks are valued at more than $201,000.
The masks will be distributed by Public Safety and the Department of Public Works.
Legislation will be introduced to city council Tuesday at accept the masks.
