Bill Isler, how frequently battled with Harris when they served on the School Board, says she was passionate about improving education.
“We didn’t always agree, we had some disagreements, but in the end, we knew that we were both serving on that school board to do the best could for children and families,” said Isler.
Harris left Council in 2019. Darlene Harris was 72.
