77-year-old Paul Spisak was arrested Tuesday after a 13-year-old boy told police he noticed someone taking video of him through a crack in the stall.
Police say Spisak at first denied the allegation, but later admitted to having images on his phone of the victim using the bathroom along with other pictures of men using the bathroom in other locations.
