Turns out the snake found in a Ross Township park on the 4th of July is not the only one that got loose.
Ross Township Police say in addition to the python that was located near a baseball field at the Municipal Center grounds, four other snakes are still missing
One, seven-foot Brendli Python, a seven-foot rat snake and two one-and-a-half-foot Juvenile Ball Pythons.
Police say that the snakes were released by the owner.
Police say the snakes are NOT venomous but are asking the public to avoid the snakes if they see one and call 911.
The recovered python is at Sara's Pets and Plants in Sharpsburg. While they are still trying to find the owner, the snake is also up for adoption.
