A man is in the hospital and another man is in custody following a shooting Monday evening in Garfield.
Police say the male suspect went to the 5000 block of Columbo Street in Garfield to pick up his children from the home.
While he was there, police say he got into an argument with another man, the victim. The male suspect left the area, then returned and police say he shot the other man in the elbow.
The male suspect was later pulled over in a vehicle in Wilkinsburg by Wilkinsburg officers.
The male suspect is in custody with charges possibly pending.
The male victim who was shot was taken to the hospital by private means.
