Glassport Mayor Keith DiMarco is in the Allegheny County Jail, arrested for violating a protection-from-abuse order filed by his wife and 22-year-old stepdaughter.
Police say they were called after the stepdaughter discovered a hidden camera in her bathroom.
Allegheny County Police searched the residence and a day later a PFA was granted, prohibiting DiMarco from contacting his wife.
He allegedly left two voicemail messages and also emailed her.
A Glassport Borough Council meeting is scheduled Tuesday at 6 p.m.
A statement about the situation will be made when the meeting starts.
Allegheny County Police say DiMarco faces two count of violation of Privacy.
