PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) Hearings began on Wednesday surrounding the February shooting death of Pittsburgh Uber driver Christi Spicuzza.
22-year-old Calvin Crew is being accused of shooting and killing Spicuzza and leaving her body in a wooded area near Rosecrest Drive in Monroeville.
Crew is being charged with homicide, robbery, tampering with evidence, and the charge of kidnapping was added during the opening day of hearings.
Over the course of the opening hearing, police released dash cam footage from within Spicuzza's vehicle.
The entire 20 minute recording was played in the courtroom.
Footage shows the man police believe to be Crew pull a gun on Spicuzza and begin threatening her.
The two have an exchange that concludes with Crew taking Spicuzza's phone and then taking down the dash cam.
