Police have arrested a juvenile in connection with the shooting of a convenience store employee on the South Side earlier this month.
It happened at the Jag Dev convenience store on East Carson Street on February 3.
Pittsburgh Police identified the suspect as 16-year-old Delvon Dobbins and arrested him on Tuesday without incident on the 1600 block of Morningside Avenue.
The employee was reportedly taking out the trash at the time of the shooting.
He was shot in the chest in critical condition but was later upgraded to stable condition.
Dobbins is faces criminal attempted homicide, aggravated assault and other charges.
He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
