A large brush fire destroyed part of Hartwood Acres Park on Tuesday.
Allegheny County Police say crews were notified of the fire just before 2:20 p.m.
The fire was spotted near one of the trails at the park in Hampton Township.
First Responders believe the fire grew to be around 100 x 100 yard before it was brought under control.
Multiple departments had to work to get the blaze under control.
No serious injuries were reported, but one firefighter was evaluated for heat exhaustion at the scene.
The County Fire Marshal is investigating a cause and origin.
