100 years after the company began, Levin Furniture & Mattress is back where it all started in Mount Pleasant, PA. Wednesday afternoon company chairman Robert Levin cut the ceremonial red ribbon to re-open the location his grandfather founded in 1920.

Dozens of masked visitors were there for the ceremony where Robert also made a $10,000 donation to help support the Coke & Coal Trail.  For this company, sure their main focus is selling furniture and mattresses, but there's more to it as Robert explains in the video on this page.

We've seen it first-hand with Get Marty when we teamed up over the winter holidays for "Levin's Furniture For Families."

This store alone restores more than 20 jobs that had gone away with the previous closing and they're still looking for more people to go to work.

Who We Are

We told you in May 2020 that Robert Levin had saved his former company by buying it back from Art Van Furniture which filed for bankruptcy last year.
