There's a new consumer alert for Shop 'n Save in Upper Lawrenceville.
The Allegheny County Health Department says there were several violations at the grocery store on 56th Street.
An inspector found the store was selling expired food.
Other problems include: poor cleaning and sanitation, malfunctioning plumbing fixtures and inadequate pest management.
The business has ten days to address the issues before another inspection.
If it fails again, it can be shut down.
