A Mount Lebanon man is accused of having someone set fire to one of his properties.
Federal prosecutors say in June of 2022, Prasad Margabandhu had someone set fire to property he owned at 1925 East Carson Street.
The fire grew to 4 alarms, and the building was later condemned.
A 16-page indictment reveals that Morgabandhu concocted the scheme to keep the three-story building from going to sheriff's sale.
He is charged with bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud, conspiracy and malicious destruction of property.
