A Greensburg man accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill his sister pleads guilty.
Prosecutors say 63-year-old Peter Cute wanted his sister's share on property and money in their family estates.
prosecutors say he tried to have her killed over it.
Officials say he met with someone who tipped off police, who in turn met with Cute undercover in a parking lot near New Stanton, where Cute outlined his plan to off his sister.
He was arrested back in April and will now be sentenced within the next 90 days.
