More developments on the shooting death of a U.S. mail carrier last month.
A federal grand jury indicted the accused shooter, Eric Kortz, on two counts.
Kortz is indicted on one count of murder of an employee of the U.S. and using a firearm during a crime.
He turned himself in to police shortly after Louis Vignone was shot and killed during his mail route in Collier Township last month.
Police say Kortz confessed to that crime, telling police that Vignone used to be his neighbor, and he believed Vignone poisoned him and his family.
If convicted, Kortz faces a sentence of death or life in prison.
