A Beechview man is accused of recording video while a 14-year-old girl was trying on clothes at South Hills Village.
Bethel Park Police say they found the 30-second video on a cell phone belonging to Miguel Marcos, who's charged with unlawful contact with a minor and more.
The girl spotted the phone perched above a fitting room wall at Hollister earlier this month.
Detectives used surveillance video to identify Marcos as a suspect. They tried to arrest him a few days later but couldn't because he was committed to Western Psych.
Marcos is awaiting trial on similar charges for a 2021 incident in West Mifflin.
